Gourav Agrawal is a highly skilled Manager at KPMG with over 6 years of experience in the field of project management, IT infrastructure review, and regulatory guideline enforcement. Gourav's experience also includes working as a Network Engineer at Reliance where he was responsible for fault management and network monitoring. He monitored alarms on various network elements through AMS (Nortel, Marconi, Fibcom, etc.), made their fault tickets in Clarity, and then coordinated with field engineers to troubleshoot the alarms and resolve the issue. He also co-ordinated with different groups in the NNOC such as CDMA, Switch, DCN, RDN Enterprise & OSP to minimize service disruption. Gourav holds an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University and a BE in Electronics & Communication from RGTU. He has a strong tech stack that includes test, mobile, and infra.
