Gourav is currently working as an Assistant Manager at Grant Thornton. As a result-oriented, driven, and change agent, Gourav aims to bring innovative and profitable business approaches that create long-term shareholders' value by embracing opportunities and managing risks arising from economic, environmental, and social developments. He intends to endorse best engineering and financial business practices that can boost profitability both to the economy and the environment. Gourav aspires to manage and coordinate myriad environmental, financial, and social demands and concerns, risks, and opportunities in a company to ensure responsible, ethnic, and ongoing success. Gourav's past experiences include working as a Senior Structural Design Engineer at Larsen & Toubro (Engineering Design & Research Centre) and a Civil Design Engineer at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. He has designed civil structures, RCC design and detailing, and structures using STAAD PRO. Gourav has completed a certificate course in International Business Environment and Global Strategy from IIM in 2016. He also holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (Formerly UCE), Burla. Gourav completed his schooling from Rotary Public School in India. Apart from his professional expertise, Gourav has a keen interest in infrastructure and research science. He possesses a strong tech stack and is always looking for ways to improve his skills.
