He is also responsible for analyzing and reporting on campaigns and website traffic. In his previous role as Deputy Manager at ICICI, Gourav worked with the Risk Team to implement data science using different machine learning techniques. He was responsible for model validation and providing actionable insights to the business team. Gourav also has experience in understanding the various factors affecting the credit risk market. As an AI Engineer at PerspectAI, Gourav worked on building and marketing talent assessments and remote hiring platforms using game theory, people science, and data science. During his tenure, he worked on various digital marketing strategies, including Google Ad campaigns and social media campaigns, to market their products. Gourav holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from BIT. He also completed his high school education from St. Mary's English High School, Jamshedpur.
