Gourav Sinha is a highly skilled AI Developer with over 7 years of experience in building and deploying data-oriented explainable models. He has extensive experience in NLP and has used various techniques like text augmentation, GPT-2, and Markov chains for synthetic text generation, custom entity recognition using spacy with prodigy and NLTK, topic modelling, and state-of-the-art algorithms like BERT, LSTMs, etc. Gourav has successfully built and deployed AI-enabled applications using docker, AWS EC2, ECR, Lambda, and ECS. He has also tweaked AI algorithms like k means, GMM mathematically to create clusters with textual data. During his tenure at Infosys, Gourav has built predictive models to predict the probability of return of a particular product, built and deployed an end-to-end framework that monitors background jobs and predicts the action that needs to be taken in case if the job fails, built a ticket triaging model that predicts the assignment group based on short and long description of tickets, led a team that worked on frontend and backend automation, and built a customized knowledge graph using Django rest API and vanilla javascript to represent more than 5000 workflows and its execution. The application was deployed on AWS ECS. Gourav has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Software Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and a PGP in Artificial Intelligence from Texas McCombs School of Business.
