Goutham Annamreddy is a seasoned Product Manager with a wealth of experience in the banking and finance industry. He currently works as a Product Manager at Nuclei, where he is responsible for owning requirements including card controls, NPCI directives for UPI, app home revamp, caching, and more for the mobile app with approximately 1 million monthly active users of an India-based bank. He has also conceptualized and launched MVP features when the said bank added Credit Card to their product portfolio, in a short span with minimal bugs. Goutham is a graduate of IIT Dhanbad, where he obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He has also worked as an Associate Product Manager at Nuclei, where he conceptualized and launched a tailor-made recommendation engine, home screen, insurance, and marketing use cases for the credit card app of a UAE based bank. Additionally, he owned the implementation of an internal tool for reconciliation, which reduced the scope for errors and brought down the time taken from 6 hrs to 40 min/day. Before joining Nuclei, Goutham worked as a Trainee Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma, where he built a model to calculate the forecast for each department of a retail chain by identifying and incorporating key factors affecting the demand. He also built an analytical framework to predict the potential customers who are likely to churn for a financial services firm. Goutham is a highly skilled professional with experience in demand forecasting, customer churn analysis, exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, dashboarding, and data engineering. He is also proficient in product management, mobile development, testing, research, and web development. Goutham is passionate about adding customer DNA into banks by building products that customers need with great UX. He was the winner of the Free Your Data Hackathon organized by Setu x GitHub on the Account Aggregator framework launched by RBI.
