Goutham Sridharan is a dynamic Data Scientist with a passion for learning new technologies. With 4.5+ years of experience in IT operations automation, he has strong hands-on experience in solution design, integrations, dashboard development, and pre-sales. Currently working as a Product Engineering Specialist at L&T, Goutham has a proven track record of conducting and organizing training for freshers. Goutham's expertise lies in automation solution design and architecture, converged operations integration solution, and integration solutions to push or pull alerts/data from multiple ITSM/ESM tools. He has developed REST API for automation tools to allow external integrations with ITSM, ESM, or other AI-Ops based tools. He has also developed an integration plugin for auto heal/trigger solution with ITSM tools. Goutham has worked on end-to-end automation of data load and developed dashboards using Tableau, PDI, JAVA, and MSSQL to get the ITSM operations data and SLA performance for governance dashboards. Goutham has been actively involved in multiple RFP(s) solutioning, response preparation, and understanding infrastructure landscape to provide identification of existing tool sets and rationalization. Prior to L&T, Goutham worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Capgemini, where he was part of the Centre of Excellence team for the Server Tower. He has also worked as an Automation Developer, reducing human errors and efforts by designing and developing automation solutions. Goutham is pursuing his Master of Technology in Data Science and Machine Learning from PES University, which he will complete in December 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science and Engineering from Acharya Institute of Technology.
