Govind Kumar Jha is a highly skilled Data Analyst and Data Scientist with over 6 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Software Engineer (Data Science) at CSM Technologies, where he is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions using Python and SQL. Prior to his current role, Govind worked as an Engineer at 3i Infotech, where he was involved in the implementation and maintenance of KastleTM Universal Banking Solution. He also created reports based on production and client requirements, worked with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL technology, and supported 200+ users local and remote across Bihar. Govind possesses commanding knowledge and hands-on working experience with complex/large database packages, procedures, functions, and triggers. He was also responsible for liaising with project Business Analysts for the creation of Business Requirement Documents. In addition to his work at 3i Infotech, Govind worked as a Technical Support Executive (Software Maintenance) at Urmila International Services. Here, he was involved in the implementation of MNSSBY Software and provided L1 Level support to 120 employees in Darbhanga Commissionary, Bihar. He was responsible for monitoring and timely resolution of software issues and managed the Document Management System (DMS). Govind holds a BCA degree in Computer Science from IGNOU, which he completed in 2012. He is highly proficient in Python, SQL, and has extensive experience in Data Science and Software Engineering.
