Govind Chaturvedi is a skilled and enthusiastic Software Engineer with 3.87 years of relevant experience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Delhi Technological University (DTU), New Delhi. Govind is always eager to learn and develop his skills further, and he is interested in exploring new technologies that can help advance the world of technology. Currently working as a Software Engineer 2 at Ciena, Govind has been involved in various projects that have helped him hone his technical skills. He has built and conceptualized automation for the Simulator creation and backing file creation daily after quick sanity via Jenkins using Python and shell scripting. He has also designed and built AutoUT framework from scratch in Python, which contains tests for LLDP and IP ping using ISIS and OSPF for L3 Switch Simulators. Additionally, Govind has built and conceptualized the flow using object-oriented programming along with parsing data related to L2 switching and MPLS using RegEx and pexpect in Python for the Packet Debug Tool, which is mainly used for automated debugging at control and data plane levels. This tool had been presented in International Tech Forum in the category of innovation. Prior to Ciena, Govind worked as a Software Engineer 1B at the same company, where he reduced the execution time of Automated Test Scripts of IPServices Sanity to more than 30 percent. He also developed an automated script for cleaning Commercial Excellence CSV data using Pandas and Numpy in Python during his internship as a Data Analyst Intern at Axtria. Govind enjoys working in an open environment that encourages his creative side in addition to his technical skill sets. He is proficient in various technologies such as Python, Java, Jenkins, MySQL, Flask, Pandas, SQL, ML, and Frontend. He is a strong engineering professional who is always excited to learn and enhance his knowledge.
