Govind has also won various awards and participated in several seminars and events related to software testing, patching OWASP vulnerabilities, and Android technologies. In his current role as Team Lead at Freshworks, Govind leads the Freshservice Support Team and manages crucial Mid Market and Enterprise Customers that use Freshservice. He has also worked as a Senior Technical Account Manager and Senior Onboarding Engineer at Freshworks, where he was responsible for implementing the IT Service Management Solution in client organizations. Govind holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University, where he studied Computer Science. He also completed his Higher Secondary School education in Mathematics and Computer Science from DAV Higher Secondary School and his Senior Secondary School education from DAV Boys Senior Secondary School.
