Gowtham Chowta is a highly skilled Software Developer and Data Scientist with a passion for building and optimizing large scale machine learning products. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Data Science from Indiana University, Bloomington. In his previous roles, he developed a semantic search engine using elastic search, conducted over 100 interviews based on machine learning and deep learning, and mentored more than 50 developers in machine learning projects. He also collected email data of the client and developed an automatic and smart reply, label generator for all incoming queries, resulting in more than 12% of repetitive and common email responses being generated automatically. Currently interning as a Software Developer at Amazon, Gowtham is gaining valuable experience in building and optimizing large scale machine learning products.
