As a passionate and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in sustainability, product development, and engineering, I bring over 6.5 years of experience in driving innovative solutions across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Sustainability Manager at Pfoods.in, I lead efforts to assess and reduce the carbon and water footprints of plant-based dairy alternatives. My role spans from operations and supply chain optimization to creating engaging marketing content and boosting the company’s online presence. I am also proud to have developed the Choice Box, a breakthrough solution that enables coffee vending machines to offer a variety of milk options—both dairy and non-dairy—while optimizing production and distribution processes. Prior to this, I worked as an Analyst at EY, where I conducted research on the integration of emerging technologies like AI, Data Analytics, and Blockchain in advancing sustainability practices. I was involved in thought leadership initiatives, content creation on topics like human rights in supply chains and the circular economy and assessing the sustainability strategies of competitors in the ESG consulting space. I began my career as a Design Engineer at ENRX Group (formerly EFD Induction India), where I led the mechanical design of prototypes, including the first CE-certified induction tempering machine. My contributions in product development and cross-functional collaboration helped establish best practices for R&D and streamlined the process for qualifying and funding projects.
