Grace Ye is a global vision and hands-on recruiter with over 11 years of relevant experience in the Luxury Hospitality and Internet industry. She has worked in China, Middle East, and South Asia and is currently based in Singapore. Grace is a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is results-oriented. Currently, Grace is a TA Partner at 99 group, where she oversees Singapore and Indonesia's Talent Development and Employment Branding. Prior to this, she was a Senior Recruiter at shopee, where her main focus was on Product Management and she was also exposed to Data Analyst and Data Science. She has also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Optimum Solutions, where she specialized in software development, DevOps, Infra, and worked in domains such as Banking, Software Service, Financial Service, and Internet. Grace has successfully launched Facebook Singapore Direct Sourcing Project in Asia Pacific Region in Nov 2020. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Communication and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Tourism Management from Hubei University. Her TechStack includes Product Manager, Data Scientist, DevOps, Software Engineer, and Infra. Grace is currently looking for Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management roles and is open to new opportunities.
