Greeshma Girish is a Lead AI Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the field of data engineering, data science, and analytics. Currently working with Fidelity as a Lead AI Engineer, she is a part of the Emerging AI team that focuses on solving business problems using machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Greeshma has experience in building and developing end-to-end enterprise-wide machine learning pipelines and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate with expertise in designing machine learning solutions in AWS. She has also contributed significantly to Kaggle, where she has showcased her work in data science and machine learning. In her current role, Greeshma helps build end-to-end scalable machine learning applications on the cloud. Prior to this, she worked as a Lead Data Scientist with Fidelity's Data Center of Excellence, where she worked across business units, building solutions using ML and NLP. She has also worked as a Data Engineer/Data Analyst for retirement products within Workplace Investing at Fidelity. Greeshma holds an Advanced Programme in FinTech and Financial Blockchain from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Pune. She completed her HSC in PCM + Electronics from Nowrosjee Wadia College and her high school from St. Felix High School.
