Guillermo Ceballos is a highly experienced software engineer with over 15 years of experience in the field. His expertise lies in mobile technology, specifically iOS and Android, despite his background in backend and DevOps engineering. As a product-oriented engineer, Guillermo has led multiple engineering teams of up to 10 people and has been able to create an agile methodology that has resulted in high-performance teams. Currently, Guillermo is the Co-Founder and CTO at Zazume, where he is responsible for managing the product and leading the engineering team. In his previous role as Co-Founder and CTO at Andjoy, Guillermo played a pivotal role in the company's growth, from building a small team of 3 people to managing a product team of 10 people across multiple countries. He was instrumental in the company's expansion to Bulgaria, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Israel.
