Gulshan Saluja is a seasoned professional with a passion for building innovative solutions in the healthcare industry. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Gulshan has worked on several projects related to DentalTech, HealthTech, and SaaS. Currently, she is working as a volunteer at Headstart Network Foundation, where she is involved in Trade/Transaction Reporting for OTC products. In her role, Gulshan has played a pivotal role in developing projects within CFTC, EMIR, and JFSA regulations to enable Intraday and End of day transaction reporting. She has also designed and developed scalable batch frameworks, strategic position remediation, valuation migration, and OCT business event monitoring. Prior to this, Gulshan co-founded Healthcoco, where she was responsible for Project Herald, Morgan Stanley's strategic solution to all regulatory reporting of OTC-Derivatives to multiple regulators. As a Senior Developer, Gulshan played a crucial role in designing and developing Java-based microservices and refactoring & implementing scalable framework components for large EOD Batches with hard SLAs. She also managed production incidents, including analysis, communication, troubleshooting, resolution, and follow-ups. Gulshan's expertise extends beyond the healthcare industry. She was an Invited Guest Faculty at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where she taught executive programs for Healthcare Professionals and served as a Panel member of "Future of telemedicine" in India. With a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Gulshan is also a certified Yoga Teacher and has completed her Yog Pravesh from Janardhanswamy Yogabhayasi Mandal. Gulshan's technical skills include Spring, Java, and Microservices. She is a Morgan Stanley alum and has worked at Goldman Sachs in the past.
