Gurpreet understands the challenges that businesses face in India, where most companies are offline-driven and require high-touch human intervention at most stages of the value chain. With no guarantee of results and no proper way to monitor the ground reality, it is an uphill task for businesses to employ and manage thousands of workers across hundreds of cities. However, Gurpreet's outcome-driven tech platform at Awign settles this by not only setting up everything required but also ensuring work is fulfilled across varied business functions. Prior to co-founding Awign, Gurpreet worked as a Software Developer at Arista and as a Research Intern at Aston University, where he designed an Interactive Evolutionary Art Software System. Gurpreet holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT and completed his schooling from Delhi Public School, Chandigarh.
