Gursimran Kaur Narula is a highly driven and solution-oriented individual currently pursuing her Post Graduation Diploma in Management in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. She holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from PES University, Bangalore, where she finished 2nd in her department and was a University Rank Holder. During her engineering, Gursimran interned at a fintech startup as a backend developer and took up a research internship at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) working on parallelization algorithms in the Structural Chemistry Unit. She also interned at Mentor Graphics, primarily working on contouring and segmentation algorithms in the image processing domain. Gursimran is currently a Taste The Future Intern at Mondelēz International, where she has studied the e-B2B space and performed a competitive benchmarking of e-B2B apps used by retailers. She has collected and analyzed feedback of the Mondelez retailer app through 120+ store visits in 3 cities, performed app data analytics to track user journeys and developed a product feature roadmap. She has also coordinated with 2 ASMs & 4 SEs to identify areas for a hybrid & cloud-covered sales model in Mumbai and initiated a mini-pilot for a hybrid coverage sales model in 45 outlets by aligning external stakeholders. Gursimran is a voracious reader and enjoys putting up occasional book reviews. She also enjoys playing basketball and badminton.
