Guru Kirthigavasan is a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft with 15+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise business intelligence applications. As a product owner at Application Insights, Guru helped conceive, design, and bring to market the Analytics service, which is considered a key differentiator for the service in comparison to industry-leading competitors in this area. He also led the team to develop a massively scalable business intelligence application using homegrown tools during the Microsoft/Yahoo Search ads merger, which was a critical part of the go-to-market strategy and delivered successfully on-time.
