Gustau Pérez is a highly experienced Tech Lead and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) currently working at Adobe. With over 12 years of relevant experience, Gustau has honed his skills in reliability, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Linux, and other related areas. He is also an expert in Java, Spring Boot, Jenkins, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Python, with plans to explore Pulumi and Kotlin in the near future. Gustau has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Adevinta and Softonic, where he served as a Senior SRE. He has also taught Linux kernel at the Open University of Catalonia, demonstrating his passion for sharing knowledge and developing the next generation of tech professionals. Aside from his work, Gustau is an 8-bit vintage computing enthusiast, with a keen interest in programming with legacy systems, such as 6502, Z80, and more. He can code C on the NES and ASM in the Atari 2600, and is currently learning to code ASM on the ZX Spectrum and the MSX. Gustau holds an MSc in Computer Science from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where he also earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
