Gyanendra Singh is a seasoned and accomplished Academic Intelligence Strategist and Evangelist with over 12 years of extensive leadership experience in the Education Management Industry in India. He has conceptualized, designed, created, implemented, and executed Assessment Engine Design, Creative Learning outcomes, Student Profiling, Virtual Mentoring, Program Management, Partner Relationship Development, and Customer Satisfaction. Gyanendra is a visionary leader with proven skills in teaching Mathematics and Physics. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing business plans to cut costs, increase revenues, and market presence. He is a strategic planner with true entrepreneurial spirit and energy, offering quick 'Go to Market' capability to any organization. He is an expert in steering efforts & transforming challenging businesses to jumpstart and seamlessly execute while creating, building, coaching, mentoring & leading winning teams. Currently, Gyanendra is building a Learning Ecosystem. Previously, he was the Director of kgyan education services pvt ltd, where he started his venture on a holistic one-stop app-based solution for IIT aspirants. He led and managed a team of over 40 teachers and staff members and successfully launched and expanded KGyan Institute, growing from 12 students in year one to 250 students in just three years of inception. He achieved students’ selection rate of over 60%, on average in JEE. Gyanendra has also worked as an Associate Director - Academic Intelligence at Filo, where he conceptualized, designed, and developed various creative and innovative EdTech programs, curriculum re-design, content enrichment, and providing learning outcomes to the students. He successfully handled a team of content creators to brainstorm and produce out of the box ideas to design and roll out various programs. Gyanendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from MANIT and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning from The University of Texas. He has relevant experience of 10.19 years and is zealous to work with fast-paced and growth-oriented startups and educational online platforms.
