Hadi Ayoub is an experienced Lead Engineer with a proven track record of building tech and teams for some of Australia's most notable organizations. He is currently working at Mable as a Lead Engineer, where he has developed a candidate assessment process that has helped scale the team from three to nineteen engineers. Hadi has also designed and built "The Onboarding Tool," a platform for creating technical onboarding plans that has been adopted by every other technical team in the company. He has introduced a design-first approach to development, which has led to quicker code reviews, higher code quality, quicker development time, and fewer bugs. Before joining Mable, Hadi worked at Mobiddiction as a Senior Frontend Engineer, where he rebuilt and re-architected the company's Angular-based CMS. He also developed an Ionic-Angular application for the NSW Department of Customer Service and undertook multiple web-based R&D projects, leading to new products for the company. Hadi took on a solution architect role for a new product and coordinated design across a multidisciplinary team. Hadi also worked at Modern Wagering Systems as a Frontend Engineer, where he led the design and development of a new Angular-based customer-facing front-end betting system. He created documentation for vendors, designed architecture, and managed the aforementioned betting system project. Hadi has also developed what is now being called a "headless CMS" with intricate knowledge of Angular, Firebase, and HTML/CSS. Hadi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in ICT Engineering (Software) from the University of Technology Sydney. He has a diverse tech stack, including experience in Senior Software Engineering, Frontend, Web, AngularJS, Mobile, test, QA, Backend, Infra, C, product designer, and NodeJS.
