Haile has a wealth of experience in the tech industry, having previously worked as a Frontend Engineer at ConsenSys, where he was responsible for redesigning and dramatically simplifying an overly complex user interface and codebase while preserving all functionality and increasing usability. He also documented UI best practices and code standards while leveraging advanced Scrum methodologies. Haile's experience in the tech industry spans over 5 years, during which he has worked with technologies such as React, Ionic, ES6, SASS, and Redux. Haile is currently on the Road to master React, with the goal of sharing his journey along the way as he conquers the React ecosystem and defines best architectural practices. He is also a big foodie and enjoys traveling around the world, trying out local restaurants. Haile holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated in 2018. He also attended Bay Technology Charter School between 2010 and 2014. Haile is a Myers-Briggs ISFJ personality type, which means he is detail-oriented, organized, and values stability and harmony.
