Hallen A. "Fred" Rischter is a seasoned Tech Lead with over a decade of experience in the Rio-São Paulo region of Brazil, primarily working on Java server-side development. Since 2019, he has been working in Poland as a Tech Lead at IG. Throughout his career, Fred has led small teams, successfully delivering solutions while promoting agile practices and developing quick workarounds. He is well-versed in technologies such as Spring and JEE, deploying microservices through Jenkins, and developing front-ends, mobile apps, and games. Prior to joining IG, Fred worked as a Senior Java Developer at TomTom, where he indexed data, provided search API, wrote metrics and functional tests, and dealt with performance and product development issues. He also worked as a Tech Lead at Parcelme, where he continued to hone his leadership skills. Fred holds a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from UFES/FAESA/FAVI, where he graduated in 2014.
