Hardik Bhatt is an accomplished Data Scientist with over 2 years of experience in the field. He is currently working with launchpad as a Data Scientist LS&Co., where he has been co-mentoring Bootcamp Cohort 3 to build a location intelligence and revenue prediction model. The model has a 94% accuracy rate for existing high-revenue stores and a 0.26 WMAPE, which informs LS&Co Franchise and Expansion, South Europe Team on store opening strategy for Spain & Italy. In his current role, Hardik has also mentored 9 cohort graduates from the USA & Singapore to develop dashboarding pipelines for tracking, analyzing, and visualizing Privacy KPIs for LS&Co Office of Chief Privacy Officer and Legal teams. He has also mentored a grad to develop an employee attrition prediction model for USA & Europe fixed term and seasonal employees for LS&Co. People Analytics & HRIS team. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 2019.
