Hardik Jain is an accomplished graduate student in Computer Science with a passion for developing innovative solutions in the fields of software engineering and database. He is currently seeking full-time opportunities while working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Arlington. In his current role, Hardik manages the Linear Algebra course for a class of 60 students. He is responsible for organizing class material, proctoring, grading assignments/exams, and tracking class performance. Prior to this, he worked as a Building Manager for the University of Texas at Arlington's Campus Recreation, where he managed the entire building's operations, maintenance, and enhancement. He also supervised the training of all new managerial and employee hires, coached the entire building personnel to develop ideal team dynamics and a healthy work environment, and conducted regular inspections of the facility. Hardik's past experience also includes working as a Building Staff member for the University of Texas at Arlington's Campus Recreation, where he assisted students with daily services such as locker room services, memberships, and event setup by providing customer service. He planned events, verified patron identification, checked out customers, and kept equipment in good working order. He also maintained effective communication throughout the building to ensure that the facility ran well and assisted patrons in adhering to the Maverick Activity Center and Physical Education Building's rules and regulations. Hardik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas, with an expected graduation date of May 2023. With 2.93 years of relevant experience, Hardik is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to apply his skills and knowledge to new challenges.
