Hardik Kumar is an Interaction Designer at propelland, with a background in computer science and a passion for creative exploration. His design process may be chaotic, but it brings a blend of analytical thinking, creative collaboration, and brimming optimism to the table. Hardik's experience includes spearheading interaction design for Ford's Design Innovations Lab, where he reduced downtime and increased customer satisfaction within Ford's Commercial Vehicles space. He also worked as a UX Design Consultant for Storycenter, where he collaborated with stakeholders to prototype a website-based podcast experience that bridges the gap between immigrants and refugees and right-of-center Americans. Hardik's education includes a Master of Design from California College of the Arts and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. He also graduated from ahlcon public school. Hardik's tech stack includes designer and research scientist, and he has relevant experience of 2.77 years. When he is not working, he enjoys doodling on his iPad, enjoying SF’s incredible wind, practicing making cocktails, and dreaming about skateboards. Hardik believes that design is a sketchy affair, and he loves to draw connections. He is always willing to go back to the drawing board as soon as he discovers a mistake and ask questions to the point it gets annoying. Hardik's passion for technology, along with all these creative explorations, sparked his curiosity towards pursuing his masters in interaction design.
