Hardik Trivedi is a technical project manager with over 7 years of experience in project management and delivery process. He is currently working at DNEG as a Technical Project Manager. Hardik is a resourceful and results-oriented person who always asks "what next?" He is a workaholic, but a smart one, with a keen interest in improving processes or any task to increase efficiency. Hardik is a fast learner and quickly adapts to business processes. His forte lies in working with speed and accuracy, motivating others and delivering successful projects. Hardik has worked with various companies in the past, including NEC Corporation and Automatapi, where he served as Deputy Project Manager and Project Manager, respectively. He has a strong knowledge of Agile Methodology and is passionate about technology and software products/services. Hardik has the ability to build rapport with customers, business owners, and decision-making individuals. He is responsible for monitoring and tracking different KPIs, facilitating issue resolution, addressing risks and project challenges, planning and scheduling project activities, and handling the project management cycle. Hardik is also responsible for work breakdown structure, billing breakup, and delivery schedule. He monitors and tracks progress against milestones, deadlines, and budget for multiple projects and reports on these items to key internal and external project stakeholders. He has a track record of successful delivery management on multiple concurrent projects to enterprise customers within a technically complex and dynamic environment. Hardik serves as the main point of contact for all communication and information organization on the projects. He is responsible for ensuring all projects are built within the established schedule and timelines allocated. He interfaces with the pre-sales, solution, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle and keeps all internal stakeholders appraised of any project-related risks that might require expedient action. Hardik has a Master's degree from VJTI and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Parshvanath College of Engineering. He also holds a High School degree from Nirmala Memorial Foundation Jr. College of Science & Commerce and a 10th-grade degree from St Mary's High School.
