Hari Menon is a highly experienced Project Manager with over 7 years of experience in the IT industry. Hari has a broad range of experience in various domains including OTT, Ecommerce, Media, Gaming, Travel, Matrimony, Dating, and Social Networking. Hari is proficient in handling end-to-end integrated development activities right from the conceptualization stage to the final execution. He has headed the technology division for India's biggest OTT product (Voot) for all the Viacom18 properties and managed and successfully delivered high-value projects with budgets over $100M. Hari has also headed the technology team for the development of more than 15 major websites with a huge user base, including Nickelodeon, NickJr, Sonicgang, Vh1 India, MTV India, Colors, Comedycentral, Zapak, etc. Hari has exceptional team building and communication skills and is proficient in handling vendors, clients, and team members. He has led and mentored cross-functional teams of developers and project managers. Hari is an enthusiastic, performance-driven, self-starter, quick learner, and team player.
