Hari Ramachandran is a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with over 15 years of experience in IT/IoT – Program/Project Management, Delivery, Start-Ups, and Manufacturing. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, and a Master's degree in Energy Management, Auditing, and Lighting from Manipal Institute of Technology. Hari also completed an Executive Program in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Throughout his career, Hari has worked across diverse domains of IT/ITeS, IoT, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Sustainability. Program and Product Management has been a common theme behind all his past roles. For the last 5.5 years, he has been working with early and growth phase start-ups in the IT/IoT domain, focusing on building business verticals and opportunities from the ground up. Currently, Hari works as a Chief Engineer at Melody Innovations, where he is responsible for driving the development of IoT analytics and orchestration platform – ‘Melody’ to cater to the wide IoT aspirations of the company in the Connected Infrastructure, Smart Retail, Mobility, and Asset Management space, Protected Agriculture. He is also responsible for finalizing the product components for the IoT solutions, including eco-system finalization, vendor on-boarding and management, product and technology licensing (hardware and software). Additionally, he is responsible for Product Marketing and Go-To-Market strategy programs for the IoT products and solutions. Prior to his current role, Hari worked as the Head of Program Management and Delivery at Melvault, where he led Agile Program Management and Delivery for global customers in the Telecom BSS transformation space. He delivered three live telecom transformations in parallel in a record time of 15 months with a subscription base of over 100 million users. He also worked as the VP of Strategic Business Development at Tronx Infra India Pvt Ltd - a Smartron company, where he was responsible for setting up an organization and its product and solution strategy - delivering IoT SaaS business solutions across the infrastructure space covering Integrated Facility Management for Commercial spaces, industries, and manufacturing plants, Logistics and Fleet Management, and Smart Cities. Hari's technical expertise includes infra, AI, product management, ML, Ruby, Senior Software Engineer, Python, and Django.
