Hari Srinivasan is the Vice President of Product at LinkedIn, where he leads the talent, learning, and glint product teams. He is dedicated to empowering every member of the global workforce to develop the skills they need to realize economic opportunity. Hari joined LinkedIn through the acquisition of We Created It, a startup that he co-founded and was known as the "IMDB of products." Hari takes pride in the products he has helped create, ranging from the first US hybrid SUV to top-selling apps to a much-loved children's book. Some of his work is used by hundreds of millions of people and has been recognized by numerous awards. Hari has also been awarded several US patents. At LinkedIn, Hari leads the team that creates products to help people learn new skills, find jobs, and get recruited. His team also creates products that help companies train their employees, become better managers, and hire their teams. Hari is constantly dreaming up new ways to remove barriers to opportunity and help everyone in the world reach their potential. Prior to his current role, Hari had the pleasure of helping build some other great products at LinkedIn, including identity, analytics, notifications, and marketplaces. He is also proud to be the executive sponsor of Product University and HOLA at LinkedIn. Hari has past experience as a Senior Director of Product Management for LinkedIn Learning and as a Director of Product Management for Profile, Analytics, Notifications, and Marketplaces. He holds an MBA from Stanford University, a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/CIS and Cognitive Science from Northwestern University. Hari's tech stack includes product management, senior software engineering, mobile, and search. He has over 16 years of relevant experience and is passionate about creating products that make a difference in people's lives.
