Haridas Sandhya is an experienced Product and Program Management professional with a passion for AIoT and Agile methodologies. Currently working as a Senior Manager at Honeywell, she is responsible for driving Aero-E-Commerce Apps that enable digital transformation programs for connectivity and services portfolio. Her role involves financial management, Agile coaching, and transformation leadership. As a Certified Agile SaFe Scrum Master, Haridas has extensive experience in facilitating program-level processes and execution, driving continuous development, managing risks, and escalating impediments. She is skilled in stakeholder management and has effectively managed complex functional teams like Engineering, Product management, DevOps, UI/UX, Cybersecurity, QA, Finance, PP&C, etc. Haridas's past experience includes working as a Global Customer Manager for Aero Analytics Connected Aircrafts at Honeywell, where she was responsible for customer engagement, lead data analytics and data science COE, program management, and stakeholder management. She has also worked as a Product Marketing Manager for Aerospace Services, where she worked closely with Product Leaders and the Product Action Committee to support execution of key strategies and action plans for the Flight Support Services. Haridas holds an MBA in International Business from Annamalai University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. She has also completed a course in Disruptive Strategy Innovation with Clayton Christensen from HBX | Harvard Business School. Haridas's tech stack includes skills in product management, QA, DevOps, UI, and data science.
