Harika Edupuganti is a highly motivated individual with a passion for psychology and human resources. She is currently working as a Human Resources Intern at bluestar limited, where she is gaining valuable experience in the field. Harika has a Master of Science in Psychology (HRDM) from CHRIST University and a Master of Arts in Business and Organisational Psychology from Steinbeis IEC University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CHRIST University. Harika has worked as a Psychological Mechanism Developer at Anchor Ed, where she honed her skills in developing innovative solutions to complex problems. She has also worked as a Student Intern at NIMHANS, where she created content for World Mental Health Day 2020 under the Department of Mental Health Awareness. With 2.02 years of relevant experience, Harika is a quick learner and a team player. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which enable her to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Harika is passionate about using her knowledge of psychology to help organisations create a positive and productive work environment.
