Harinarayanan K.K is a highly skilled and experienced Principal Data Scientist with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision. He is currently working at Samsung Harman, where he is responsible for developing recommendation systems and speech interfaces for in-car experiences using machine learning. Harinarayanan models user behavior and speech signals using neural networks, decision trees, LSTM's, and CNN's, and his tools of choice are PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Python. Prior to joining Samsung Harman, Harinarayanan was the Head of Research at Aindra Systems, where he reimagined preventive oncology with one of the most affordable end-to-end cancer screening systems. He used machine learning to automatically identify cancerous cells in large-scale gigapixel images, employing deep learning and computer vision to create this affordable system. His expertise lies in CNN, TensorFlow, Keras, and Scientific Python Stack. Harinarayanan has a Master of Technology degree in Computer Vision from IISC and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Government Engineering College. He also has experience in image processing, OpenCV, and testing. Harinarayanan's relevant experience spans 9.52 years, during which he has worked on a variety of projects related to machine learning, research science, computer vision, deep learning, data science, recommendation systems, and AI. He is passionate about using his skills to build healthcare solutions for the next billion in India using artificial intelligence.
