Hariprasad Paila is a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. With over 13 years of relevant experience, Hariprasad has honed his expertise in SRE principles, driving automations, customer success, cost optimization, service enhancements, and operations excellence. Currently, Hariprasad is working as a Principal Site Reliability Engineer at Oracle, where he is responsible for ensuring the availability, latency, performance, efficiency, monitoring, emergency response, and reliability of the service operations. Prior to this, he worked as an SRE - Principal Systems Engineer at Pegasystems, where he collaborated with the Engineering team to improvise service operations. He worked on Amazon Web Services, Linux, Tomcat, Websphere, Nagios, Datadog, Docker, and Ansible, and also mentored the technical leadership team. Before joining Pegasystems, Hariprasad worked as a Senior System Engineer at BA Continuum, where he was part of the production L3 support team. He was responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting all WebSphere and Tomcat related issues reported by clients in different environments like Dev, Test, Pre-Pod, and Production.
