Haripriya Challa is a Practice Leader with over two decades of experience in Human Performance Management and Improvement, Leadership Competency Development, and People Development. She firmly believes that everyone has the potential to be a leader and has collaborated with multi-national companies to build a leadership pipeline by training and coaching Managers to be leaders. Haripriya has worked with Clients across Industries in India, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. She is the Director of Learning and Consulting at Competence Capital, a Business that focuses on Human Resources Development training, Leadership Development Training, and Coaching. Her expertise lies in strengthening leadership competencies in people to lead teams and drive performance in organizations. She also develops HR professionals to align HR Strategy with Business Strategy. Haripriya is a certified HR Business Partner, a Certified HR analyst, and a certified OD Professional. She partners with multiple business leaders to implement HR and L&D initiatives for Talent Management and development, which include Leadership and behavioral coaching. She also designs customized training interventions, facilitates leadership training, and conducts workshops to develop leadership competencies and balance between people & processes for mid to senior-level leaders to achieve leadership excellence. Haripriya is a certified ICF Coach, Marshall Goldsmith Certified Facilitator and Coach in ‘What got you here won’t get you there' and ‘Sparking Positive Change' and a Certified Neuroscience Coach. She coaches HR professionals and people leaders for Behavioral change, increase performance and enhance Career Growth. Her coaching methodology is based on Emotional Intelligence and Neuroscience. Haripriya has previously served as the Director of the Board of Directors at ICF Hyderabad Chapter and as a Leadership and Behavioral Coach at Essential5. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Osmania University, an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis, and an Executive Program in Human Resources from XLRI. She also holds a Fellowship from the World HR Board in Organizational HR, Psychometry, Assessment Center, and PCMM. Haripriya's relevant experience is 10.94 years.
