Haris Sunasra is a Technical Support Engineer and Cloud Consultant with expertise in AWS and Azure. With over 8 years of experience in Technical Support, Haris has worked on Core applications and has hands-on experience in MSSQL and MySQL. He has also worked as a Consultant for Cloud Operations and Support for 6 months. Haris has excellent analytical and technical skills at the product level and is skilled in communicating with clients in the USA to understand and resolve their problems. Currently, Haris is working as a Consultant for Cloud Operations at Dynamic Elements AS, where he performs tasks on AWS by monitoring S3 bucket, capturing cloudwatch logs for API and Lambda, and finding metrics for multiple resources.
