Harish Mantri is an accomplished Interface Engineer with over 18 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical Plant design. He holds a Master's degree in Process Engineering and Design from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Harish has extensive experience in upstream Oil & Gas processing facilities, refinery, and petrochemicals from licensor package development. He has also worked on FPSO projects, including Hull, Marine, Topside Facility, and LNG bunkering facilities. Harish's expertise lies in process simulation, development of PFD, PSD, P&ID, equipment sizing & specification for process and utilities. He is well-versed in managing and working for Process Engineering activities like hydraulic calculation, equipment sizing, Utility Calculations & sizing, Development of Philosophy document, C&E chart, safe chart, Logic diagram, and other process-related documents. He is familiar with international standards like Shell DEP, BP, TOTAL GS, API, TEMA, ASME, etc. Harish has managed contractors and vendors engaged in providing services associated with assigned projects. He has also reviewed and approved project schedules and led the effective handling of claims with appropriate divisions and variations to contractor/Vendor. Harish has hands-on experience in simulation software like HTRI®, HYSYS®, PRO-II®, Pipesim®, Flarenet®, etc. Harish is currently working as a Senior Process Engineer at Sembcorp Marine Ltd. Previously, he has worked as a Consultant Process Engineer at WorleyParsons and as a Project Coordinator at Pathfinder. Harish is a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects. He is dedicated to successful project completion within schedule, budget, and meeting quality requirements. Harish has great interpersonal skills and is comfortable working effectively both independently and in a team environment. Harish has also worked as a Commissioning Process Engineer for onshore/offshore commissioning start-up and performance tests of Gas Processing Facilities.
