Harjas Preet Singh is a Product Support Engineer at LeadSquared, with a passion for SAAS, CRM, and AWS Cloud. He is a learner, observer, and engineer, always looking for ways to improve his skills and knowledge. Currently, Harjas is the Primary TAM (Technical Account Manager) for several esteemed clients at LeadSquared, including Poonawalla Fincorp Limited, Poonawalla Housing Finance Limited, College Vidya, BlackBoardIndia, Edutra, The Queen's English, Arihant Capital, CloudNine, and BhartiAxa. He is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring that his clients are satisfied with the product. Additionally, he is a part of the Publisher Portal Support team, where he handles tickets of education-specific clients. Previously, Harjas worked as an Intern - Product Support at LeadSquared, where he began with GQ (General Queue) tickets for non-TAM clients. He then moved on to become the Secondary TAM in December 2021 and the Primary TAM in April 2022 for Poonawalla Fincorp Limited and Poonawalla Housing Finance Limited. Harjas also shared his knowledge and helped new interns via webinars on LSQ connectors. Furthermore, he was a part of the Publisher Portal Support team, where he handled tickets of education-specific clients. Before joining LeadSquared, Harjas worked as a BI Star Student Intern at Board Infinity, where he worked as a Campus Ambassador spreading the word about Board Infinity, its seminars, etc., among students. He also worked as a technical member for a short term. Harjas holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University, where he graduated in December 2022. He has experience working with AWS and has been in the industry for 0.86 years.
