Currently, Harpreet is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Gregarious, Inc. where he is leading the development of an intelligent plant care assistant that empowers plant fam communities. The aim of the project is to make plant care strong enough to work as a crop care assistant, making resource usage in agriculture more efficient to tackle climate change. Prior to this, Harpreet worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Uber where he was responsible for building the next-gen config management solution for Uber Market, enabling delivery of compliance restricted items like alcohol, tobacco, pharma, etc. He also worked as a Software Engineer 2 at Uber Eats where he bootstrapped funnel observability and analysis effort, isolating and fixing multiple checkout related drop off points (Revenue +280M). Harpreet analyzed data, proposed features or product improvements, and collaborated with relevant teams for the implementation. Harpreet holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
