Harry Kapoor is a highly driven individual with a passion for learning and working with the best people. With over nine years of relevant experience, he has a diverse background in both zero-to-one and hyper-growth stage startups, as well as consulting at Bain & Company. Harry's experience has helped him develop a structured, first-principles approach to problem solving and understand how to scale culture. He is constantly seeking out new challenges and opportunities to broaden his perspective, and actively seeks out people who challenge him and help him grow. Currently, Harry is working on building CRED, a platform that rewards users for paying their credit card bills on time. He is also an initiator and evangelist at FutureX, a crowdsourced pro-bono learning initiative that brings together the best people from every domain to share their learnings with the youth. In addition to his work, Harry is a prolific writer who shares his insights on startups, technology, and business through his newsletter on Substack. He is a firm believer that content, creators, and community are indispensable for every company today and should drive company/product level strategy, not just marketing strategy. Harry holds a Bachelor of Commerce- Honours degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce and has completed his Class 12th and Class 10th from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodhi Road and Sachdeva Public School, respectively. He is always seeking out new opportunities to learn and grow, and is open to connecting with individuals who share his passion for innovation and excellence.
