Hars Saraf is an accomplished Investment Banker with over a decade of experience in equity investment banking. He has worked across public and private markets, including investment banks and ECM franchises such as InCred Capital and IDFC Bank. With extensive experience in DeepTech, FinTech, InsureTech, electric vehicles, healthcare, life sciences, and BFSI, Hars has a deep understanding of the investment landscape and can help startups navigate the complex world of fundraising. Hars believes that the biggest challenge for new-age technology startups is presenting their story to investors, explaining emerging business models, and proving the product's impact. With his background as an entrepreneur and an engineer, Hars can understand the value of products from both a technology and a business perspective. This has helped him successfully raise funds for unique products that require a nuanced approach. Currently working as an Investment Banker at Key Venture, Hars focuses on helping early and growth-stage startups raise capital through HNIs, VCs, PE, Family Offices, and Strategic Investors. He is passionate about meeting entrepreneurs, understanding their growth journey, and assisting them in achieving their business objectives. Hars holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. He also has a strong educational background, having completed his high school education from Rajhans Vidyalaya and Yashodham High School & Junior College. He completed his elementary education from Don Bosco School, Park Circus, Kolkata.
