Harsh Bhamore is a Data and Applied Scientist at Microsoft, with a background in Machine Learning and Backend Development. He is a recent graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, where he received a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering. Harsh is passionate about using technology to gain valuable insights into various phenomena across markets. He has experience working on diverse projects, which has given him valuable exposure to different fields and helped him gain insights into how projects operate. In his current role at Microsoft, Harsh is a Data and Applied Scientist in the Edge India DS Team. Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked at Continual Engine as an SDE for Machine Learning and Backend, and as a Deep Learning Intern. In these roles, he built a Deep Learning model for detecting tables using Object Detection API, wrote a script to get all separate contours from an image, and wrote several automation scripts for data generation. Harsh's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Dhanbad and secondary and senior secondary education from Macro Vision Academy. He has relevant experience of 2.78 years.
