Harsh Bhatt is a Software Engineer II at NCR Corporation, where he serves as the Software Engineering Team Lead for the Developer Experience portal. He is passionate about working on projects that challenge him and working alongside individuals who enjoy tackling objectives head-on. In his current role, Harsh has led the effort to design and implement NCR Business Services Platform's Marketplace, which allows customers to choose between NCR and third-party business applications to simplify their needs. He has also implemented a one-click customer activation API in .NET via GitHub actions that allowed customers to easily onboard to NCR’s Business Services Platform and used configurations as a code architectural pattern. Additionally, he has added Google Cloud Armor to protect the administrator portal of developer.ncr.com from external IPs, utilizing terraform and Kubernetes to implement security protocols provided by Google Cloud Platform. Prior to his current role, Harsh served as a Software Engineer I at NCR Corporation. In this role, he led the effort to design and implement multi-factor authentication with time-based one-time passwords for NCR's Developer Experience portal. He also utilized Status Page for integrating NCR APIs to status.ncr.com so that customers and partners have real-time access to the availability of NCR APIs. Harsh implemented privacy requirements required by the GDPR, CCPA, and other legislations. He worked daily with .NET Core 3.1, Angular 11, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, xUnit, and Git, and also worked with Google Cloud Platform, Harness, and ElasticSearch occasionally. Harsh earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University in 2019 and completed his high school education at Eagles Landing High School in 2015. His technical skills include Terraform, Kubernetes, TypeScript, ElasticSearch, and AngularJS. With 3.78 years of relevant experience, Harsh is a skilled software engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering high-quality solutions.
