Harsh Chawla is an experienced Engineering Manager with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. With over 14 years of relevant experience, he has a strong background in C#, React.js, Solr, SolrNet, JQuery, WebServices, RESTful API's, MVC, Entity Framework, Azure Services, Visual Studio Tools, .NET Technologies, Microsoft Enterprise Library, and SQL Server. He is also proficient in C and C++. Currently working as an Engineering Manager at Bold, Harsh is responsible for leading a team of 15 members to focus on the Cover Letter Products of the company. He recently migrated all multi-portals cover letter products to React framework and is constantly interacting with US counterparts for requirement gathering, designs, and planning purposes to ensure smooth delivery. He is also leading different common development entities alongside to cater to both the resume and cover letter products, working on NPM packages, and the back-end WebAPI to cater to all the backend operations. Additionally, Harsh is leading other initiatives like unit testing in React and WebAPI to support CI on Jenkins more effectively. He has also worked on Web APIs that focus on adding subscribers and sending job alerts to them alongside full responsibility for the email service for sending emails too. Prior to his current role, Harsh worked as a Project Lead and Technical Lead at Bold and LiveCareer, respectively. At Bold, he led a team of developers and was responsible for the development of the company's Cover Letter Products. At LiveCareer, he worked on .NET Technologies, Solr, SolrNet, SQL server, JQuery, and Azure Technologies for Employer domain products. Harsh holds a BTech degree in Information & Communication Technology from DA-IICT and an AISSCE degree in Science from Grain Chamber Public School. He is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in SQL, Azure, Backend, ReactJS, Javascript, test, Jenkins, and Web.
