As the founder of the company, he specializes in same-day delivery services across Kanpur, with an impressive record of picking up and delivering items within 90 minutes across the city. With over 7 years of relevant experience, Harsh has also worked as a team lead recruitment specialist for confidential clients, where he handled the entire recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing qualified candidates. He worked closely with various job boards and applicant tracking systems, and was responsible for negotiating benefits with employers and candidates. He also posted permanent and temporary jobs in job portals like Dice and worked with various state and federal clients, including Deloitte, Microsoft, and Facebook. Prior to this, Harsh worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Technogravity Solutions, where he was responsible for working on full-time and contract positions for clients, supporting them with W2 and CTC consultants in different visa statuses. He also assisted with the design of a sourcing strategy to uncover both passive and active candidates, screened resumes, and conducted in-depth interviews to determine the suitability and interest of candidates. He worked on different IT and non-IT requirements on Corp-to-Corp, 1099, and W2, and negotiated with vendors on the hourly and daily rate packages. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharana Pratap Engineering College, as well as a high school and intermediate degree from Shivaji Inter College in Kanpur.
