Harsh Gangrade is currently working as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services-Microsoft Global Relationship, where he specializes in C & AI Accessibility. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Harsh has a deep understanding of software engineering and AI technologies. In his current role as an Assistant System Engineer, Harsh is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications that enable accessibility for people with disabilities. He has been working closely with Microsoft to ensure that their products are accessible to everyone, regardless of their abilities. Prior to his current role, Harsh worked as an Assistant System Engineer-Trainee at TCS, where he gained valuable experience in Microsoft Global Relationship, C & AI Accessibility. He also worked as an Engineering Leadership Trainee at KEC International Ltd., where he honed his leadership and technical skills. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, Kalchuri Nagar, Raisen Road, Post Klua, Bhopal-462021. He also completed his 9th to 12th education from Roseal Public H.S School, and his 1st to 8th education from Model H.S School, Bhopal M. P.
