Harsh Gupta is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with a passion for building global products trading platform and a keen interest in finance, technology, and gamification. With over 6.69 years of relevant experience, Harsh is proficient in research, code reviews, and high-scale system design and problem-solving. He has been involved in the performance tuning of the system for a long time, which has helped him grow in both dev operations and backend development. He worked in a cross-functional squad with people from different teams to create better visibility around the growth of their product by identifying business metrics. Harsh designed a product development process for the engineering team keeping the balance of code quality and delivery speed in mind and created a centralized Hiring Process for the Engineering team.
