Harsh Gupta is a Product and Tech professional with a passion for building tools that nurture human potential. He is currently the Head of Product and Tech at Josh Talks, a platform that provides affordable, employability-enhancing skills to Bharat's youth. Josh Talks' flagship offering, the Spoken English course, has generated strong user feedback with industry-leading course completion rates, unlocking employment opportunities for its users. As of March 2022, Josh Talks' content has garnered over 2 billion lifetime views, averaging 85 million+ monthly views across platforms. Josh Skills has more than 3.2 million downloads with 200,000 paid users. Prior to Josh Talks, Harsh served as an Operations Intern at Mere Edu Services Pvt. Ltd, an incubatee company of Amity Innovation Incubator. At Mere Edu Services, he helped leverage the power of technology to provide students a frictionless admission process to higher educational institutions in India. Harsh also worked as a Summer Intern at Reliance Mutual Fund, where he contributed to launching various schemes under which units are issued to the public with a view to contributing to the capital market and providing investors with opportunities to make investments in diversified securities. Harsh holds a degree from Delhi University and has relevant experience of 5.45 years. He is proficient in product management and Android development.
