Harsh Joshi is a passionate problem solver with a strong focus on scalability. With over 7 years of relevant experience, he has worked in various roles as a Research Scientist, Product Lead, and Product Manager, among others. Currently, he is working as a Product Manager at zeoti, where he is responsible for developing and executing the product vision and roadmap. Harsh's expertise lies in leveraging AI to streamline product and operations. He has freelanced with individuals, teams, and early-stage startups in India, where he explored operations in MSME enterprises, customer acquisition challenges/automations/strategies in B2C, and challenges in AI+Automation space at the intersection of technology and policies. He has also contributed to NITI Aayog's National Strategy on AI - 2018 and NITI Aayog's Strategy for New India @75 - 2018. In his previous role as Senior Systems Engineer and Product Development Lead at Smart Joules Pvt. Ltd., Harsh led the product vision, roadmap planning & advisory board development program with stakeholder management. He led multiple innovations in supports, engineering, and product; like DeJoule Diagnostics and JouleMind in DeJoule. He also contributed to the success stories of Smart Joules in Energy Efficiency by streamlining operations using Cloud, IoT, and AI technologies. Harsh started and led the JouleLabs program and led his team towards the development, release, and rollout of DeJoule, JouleMind, and Nudges at multiple sites across India. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University. He also has a strong educational background in Literature (English), Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physical Sciences from City Montessori School. Harsh's favorite tools are in design and mathematics, and he is fascinated by causality, entropy, and tech economy. He is always ready to talk about product, policies, design, and data. Harsh believes that walking helps him think better and is always up for a walk to discuss ideas. He is currently building DAO Studio and is proficient in Product Manager, DAO, Research Scientist, and AI.
