He has worked with Ciena as a Lead Engineer, where he worked on BluePlanet MCP (Manage, Control, Plan) NMS telecom product based on microservices architecture for Layer 2 Carrier Ethernet topologies and transports. He has also worked on Packet Infrastructure (G.8032 Ring, MPLS LSP), Packet Services (ELINE, ELAN, ETREE), and Service Assurance for Ciena's switching devices. Harsh has designed and developed critical features for Ciena's One Control NMS product.
